what the heck...
i know i did terrible in first month..but rest of monts..i worked hellu hard..
all we do is weekly vocab test, some reading test, and maybe monthly essay.....

how do you guys work on english..?

Well, i think this varies alot from school to school, but i have always found that going and talking with your teacher will be immensely helpful. Not only will your teacher be able to give you some advice about how to improve your work, you can also use that opportunity to show that you are working hard to get a good grade and that never hurts....

YEAH, talk to your teacher.

It worked for me, last term I was getting an 86, now I'm getting a 90+.

Talk to your teacher and indirectly ask/find out your teachers' style of teaching/writing. You must accommodate in concordance with your teacher's taste.

Just read books. It'll expand your vocab so that you'll probably know a bunch of the words on the vocab tests. As far as essays go, the best way to get better is to just write more essays. I realize it's not a fun way to pass the time but if you need to get better than it's really important that you do so.
