I taking Engr 100 in the winter but I'm not sure which section I would like to take. Major wise, I'm between MechE, CompE, EE, and CS. The three winter sections that sound interesting to me are Microprocessors and Toys, Gaming for the Greater Good, and Mechanical System Design. Microprocessors sounds the most interesting to me, but I also heard that it is extremely difficult and time-consuming, and while I know engineering isn't supposed to be easy, next semester's already shaping up to be pretty difficult and I'm not sure if I want to add on to that without good reason.

I'm hesitant to take Gaming for the Greater Good because, while I heard it was interesting and fairly easy, I'm already taking EECS 280 next semester and would rather experiment with other engineering disciplines since I haven't decided on a major. As far as Mechanical System Design goes, building a vehicle sounds intriguing but I have heard absolutely about how good the class is.

Has anyone taken any of the above sections? What was your experience? Would anyone suggest any other sections based on the majors I'm interested in?
