<p>Has anyone out there in the CC world enrolled in university WITHOUT ever having visited campus. I am in this situation, and wonder how it turned out for you guys...was the outcome positive or negative, and did your prior expectations of the school change drastically AFTER moving in?</p>

<p>Son admitted to UMiami and never visited. Has attended 3 years and is very happy. I also loved the campus when we flew down for orientation.</p>
<p>I’ll be attending a school I’ve visited multiple times but I certainly don’t think people who go somewhere they’ve never visited are crazy. Of course, I reccomend it, but I think it’s possible to make an informed decesion without visiting.</p>

<p>Seriously, visits are overrated. Especially with the Internet, it’s very easy to get a very good feel of a school without ever setting foot there.</p>
<p>Some schools have video or DVD tours available as an alternative to visiting.
Are you generally a flexible person?
There were some schools we visited that my daughter really liked on paper and disliked in person.</p>
