<p>I'm looking at putting in my enrollment deposit, but will it hurt my scholarship chances? There are scholarships given out by the admissions office, and an admissions officer told me I'm a very strong candidate...but I thought scholarships are for attracting students. If I pay the enrollment deposit it's telling them I've made my decision, so they have no reason to give me a scholarship, right?</p>
