Enrollment deposit of $100 for low-income students

So, one ofhte options is:

YES, I will enroll at Carolina, but would like to defer my enrollment deposit because I will receive scholarship or aid funds through the Office of Scholarships and Student Aid or another UNC-Chapel Hill source. I understand that, as my aid funds become available, I will be responsible for all payments for tuition, fees, and housing.

I am a Carolina Covenant for next year. Does it sorta mean that I can choose that option and eventually they will find a way to pay for that $100 deposit? If in case I still have to pay, do you know what's the latest I can wait?

thanks.

Most likely the Carolina Convenant will cover it

Yes, you can check that box. Your deposit will be paid out of your Carolina Covenant grant funds. You do not need to pay the deposit directly.

hmm…yeah thanks guys…i did the ‘defer’ option.
