Enrollment deposits?

<p>I'm applying to several schools and haven't decided which one I'm going to yet. I was wondering what happens if I don't submit my enrollment deposit by the deadline? Do I lose my spot at the college? Do I need to make my decision by the May 1st deadline in order to send the right college the enrollment deposit? </p>
