Enrollment Restrictions...help, pleeeeeease!! :)

When classes are restricted to certain majors...when do they open up for general enrollment? Is it generally when second passes start or is after everyone has had their second pass? Or is there some other way to determine this. Thank you for your time and I'd really appreciate any response.

I am trying to get into several classes which have enrollment restrictions based on major.

From what I have seen, second pass is when major restrictions are removed, for example, I am a Neuroscience major, but I can take Psychology classes, however I can’t enroll in them until my second pass, and this is stated on the schdeule of classes page for the specific class, for example, if I wanted to take Psych 119Q, I can’t enroll yet because it says:

Psychology 119Q is limited to senior Psychobiology and Cognitive Science majors on the priority and first enrollment passes.Junior Psychobiology and Cognitive Science majors, and junior/senior Psychobiology and Cognitive Science premajors, Psychology majors, and Neuroscience majors may enroll on the second pass, space permitting.

under the notes section. the page I am looking at is [Schedule of Classes: Class Listing](http://www.registrar.ucla.edu/schedule/subdet.aspx?srs=328323200&term=12W)
see if the class your are trying to get into has this written
