Entering Cumulative GPA on common app when moved internationally in high school?

Hi–My daughter completed grades 9,10 at american high school, took honors and AP classes. Have transcript with weighted GPA. Moved to UK to an international school that provided similiar American curriculum. They do not weigh honors or AP classes. The grading scale is luckily very similiar however between the two schools—An A is the same number value (93-97), etc. and the classes are graded with a number that gets converted in a letter grade. How would I enter cumulative GPA on common app? Guidance dept actually encouraged her to leave it blank on commmon app since transcripts will be included—but that feels a bit not right since it is marked as required info. Her GPA is very strong–this year was 3.95 with six classes —3 AP, 1 IB HL and 2 Honors classes; cumulative from first two is 4.50 weighted about 3.7 unweighted ( 1 AP, 7 Honor classes). None of the schools she is considering require the courses and grades section on commmon app either. Sorry for the huge question and thanks for your insight
