<p>I have completed both the entrance interview and the master promissory note for my college. However, my college lists in its computer system that I have not completed these documents. Am I supposed to send hard copies of the confirmation pages to the college myself? I thought the college would receive electronic notification automatically once I had completed these documents.</p>
<p>It takes a while for the college database to be updated. If you’re concerned call the FA office.</p>
