Reviving this thread because I finally decided to go to UT Austin!
I visited and absolutely loved the school 
Thankfully, I was able to work out a deal with my parents to take out a viable amount of loans per year, and they’d finance the rest. I am considering creating a business for in-state tuition still, or possibly doing co-op and summer terms. I’m so grateful that my parents decided to finance my education at UT, and I’m ecstatic to be a longhorn!
