I am a freshman engineering student from Africa, two of my high school friends made it to MIT 2 and 4 years ago respectively but under regular decision.I come from a town 70 miles off the nearest SAT centre and so I did them with no books and studied with GCSE textbooks from the local national library only one month before the exam.can MIT consider this in a transfer or do I have to look for books this time and resit. My scores are:
Math II- 680
Chemistry- 750
We don't use GPA formats here, only "A's" and "B's" with no honours or AP's.
I was in the best high school here and we got in through a national entrance exam where only 200 out of 20000 applicants were accepted. My college grades are well up with almost all "A's".
Lack of facilities and many opportunities makes my extracurriculars look dull.

CAN MIT CONSIDER ALL THIS?
