Environmental Economics and Policy

So I'm a rising senior in Pennsylvania hoping to apply to Berkeley next year. I'm really interested in Sustainable Development and Environmental Engineering and Politics so I want to apply to the EEP program at the College of Natural Resources (CNR). However, I have an incredibly low UC gpa (3.52) so my chances are slim, and my lackluster SAT (2170) doesn't help much either. I do a ton of research in environmental science and I work at the EnviE department at Carnegie Mellon. But if EEP is hard to get into I won't apply to it and instead I'll apply to EnviSci or Political Economy because I can't take any risks.

2 questions:
1) Is EEP selective to get admitted to through freshman admission?
2) Does the CNR look more at interest in the major and relevant extracurriculars than the CLS?

Thanks a lot, in advance, guys.

^that is, 3.52 is mu unweighted UC gpa

bumpitybump
