Environmental Engineering at Cal??

Is environmental engineering a separate degree at Cal?? (undergraduate)
or is it a part of the civil engineering program? Is it like a concentration like at certain colleges?
If so, you get a civil engineering degree, but you still get the environmental engineering education, right?

Environmental is a subarea of civil at Berkeley. In-major elective options can tailor your curriculum to your interests.

Part of civil engineering degree and it is a concentration.
And of course, you still get the environmental engineering education.
In fact, you can take just about any courses you want as you long as you fulfill the requirements.

Everything makes sense now! Thank you!!
