Environmental: please help

So I am down to 4 college choices
Most likely i am going for some kind of environmental science. Small chance for environemental engineering.

1) Cal Poly Slo (for earth science OR bioresource engineering, which is in the Agri dept YAYAAYYY) and I think I can get into the honors college.
2) UC DAVIS: definitely the best school of the four for Environmental science alone, right?
3) UC San Diego : Would be decent for enviro, but i could also get into a top engineering degree, right?
4) University of Puget Sound: I like the liberal arts philosophy, would be great because I could graduate near top of my class and do lots of research as an undergrad. I got into the honors college.

Which do people think? Note: I LOVE SLO

Would Cal Poly SLO be a good enough degree in environmental science? I could also get into bioresource engineering there, real cool stuff.

or should I just go to Davis or San Diego and play it safe because anything would be great at a UC...

At Cal Poly SLO, Civil Engineering, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Bioresource and Agricultural Engineering appear to have a better job outlook than Earth Science, Environmental Horticultural Science, and Environmental Management and Protection, according to the [career survey](https://www.careers.calpoly.edu/search.php?yr=2009%20-%202010).
