Hi all I'm a HS senior planning on majoring in biology.

I was wondering if it is worthwhile to attempt a self-study and take the Environmental Science AP at the end of the year. I am already taking AP bio, calc AB, physics B so I think another would not be that big of a deal.

My friend took Enviro. last year and said it was an easy exam to score a 4 on, but very difficult for a 5 (only 9% of test takers earn 5s).

The schools I am looking at all give credit for a 4 on the exam, so should I give it a shot? The money is not an issue considering I could potentially save cash in the long run. If so, any recommendations for prep books or study guides?
