Please let me know all the pros and cons of the EOP program.
The “Educational Opportunity Program”? The one at the UC’s? CSU’s? at a SUNY?

EOP’s vary by school, but in general…
The only con is time. Some programs require that you take special classes, attend a summer term, go to meetings, etc.
The Pro’s are mostly to do with the extra attention and support these students get from the school. The extra advising, mentoring, etc., can be a big plus, especially at Public universities, where it’s easy for a student to get lost.
