EOP question Stony Brook

<p>I recently received and email saying that I academically qualify for EOP at Stony Brook. I just wanted to know what happens if I am not financially qualified for this program. Does my application get sent to regular admissions? I have a 93 average and I got a 1620 on my SATs. I believe I have a strong essay as well as recommendations and various extra curricular activities. I received an outside scholarship that will cover my tuition for all 4 years as well as all expenses. I was just wondering If I have a chance at getting admitted with regular decision.</p>
