<p>How do you apply for EOP? Is it a paper? Or is it part of the application. And what if it’s a minor EOP, like Vietnamese. It’s not like I’m black or naive american or anything, I’m just a slightly under represented asian minority. Do I/my counselor have to sign anything?</p>
