<p>First off, sorry for posting this here. I couldn't figure out what forum I should put it in.</p>

<p>I was thinking about enrolling in 1 or 2 courses on EPGY, but before I did I wanted to clear a cople of things up.</p>

<p>Can I just go online whenver and sign up, or do you have to be admitted following submission of other materials etc? I think on the site it says you have to send test scores and trancripts. Does that mean that you have to wait to see if you get in after they've redeived the test scores and trancripts?</p>

<p>Can you do the course at your own speed? Can you finish it in a day or 2 years if you wanted to?</p>

<p>Do you have to start the courses at a certain time, or can you just kind of pick it up whenver you feel like?</p>

<p>If you can go at your own pace, about how long should it take to finish a course?</p>

<p>How difficult are they compared to a normal college class? I was thinking about starting one during christmas break so I would have more time to focus on just that course, but I assumed this course would overlap with my spring schedule. If it does, would it be feasible to finish the EPGY course along with a 20 credit hour schedule while simultaneously auditing AP course and another 4 credit hour course?</p>

<p>I’ve only done the Summer Institutes but even if the online courses are only half as good I’d still strongly recommend them. I’m pretty sure you have to apply for them.</p>

<p>You have to apply to the program. Once they say you’re in (which is likely), you can sign up for courses. Most courses are self-paced, but billed by three-month quarters, so you don’t want to take too long doing them. Each course page includes an estimate of how long the course should take. You can start and stop in the course to fit your schedule. I like the EPGY courses a lot.</p>
