<p>NO…you will NOT be a year older than everyone else. You will actually be YOUNGER than a whole bunch of folks.</p>
<p>Many don’t apply to med school until they’ve worked for awhile. And many college students don’t apply to med school til the summer after they graduate.</p>
<p>You’ll find that many first year med students are 25 years old and OLDER…some in their 30s…some may be in their 40s!!! Some have been married for awhile, some have kids, etc.</p>
