<p>I'm a 3rd year in L&S. Back in March or April, Telebears said my phase II will be on July 29th (92 units, senior standing), which is already late enough. Now, telebears says my phase II starts on the 31st at 2:20pm.</p>

<p>yeah, telebears is / was messed up. check your bearfacts for your real telebears time, then log into telebears during that time. mine was this tuesday and i had to keep logging into telebears over and over (about 20 times) before it finally let me in. every time i logged into telebears it would tell me that my phase II time was at a later point than before, however, the correct time is the time listed in your bearfacts registration-->telebears tab.</p>

<p>yeah, telebears was messed up last week. i went on and signed up for my classes when it was messed up even though my real telebears is in a week :)</p>
