With the first admission decisions just coming out, I was hoping everyone could post their stats and admission decisions from the pharmacy school. Congrats to everyone who got in and good luck to those who have yet to hear!
Got in with a 1360 / 2110 SAT and 4.0 weighted GPA. I think I wrote a good essay. I thought Rutgers Pharm was a reach for me and I have no ECs related to pharmacy, so I’m surprised I got in lol
Good luck!
Did anyone apply to EOF? Is there any difference between EOF applicants and regular applicants to the Rutgers pharm school?

I honestly never thought I’d get in. It was probably my essay that helped me out. Good luck to everyone
Alright I’m a little frustrated because I have a 1420 (new) and a 3.8+ GPA with literally the hardest course load available and I got into SAS but “in progress” for EMSOP. I have strong ECs and an essay approved by my schools AP lit and AP Lang teachers. I’m 8/222 (top5%) too. Anyone else in the same boat?
I already got into Pitts guaranteed acceptance program for pharmacy which is my top choice but Rutgers might end up being the better option once it comes down to price since I’m in state. I had everything submitted by the end of October and not knowing yet is killing me!!!

Anyone hear after this last wave of admissions?
I heard Rutgers pharmacy lowered their standards to accept people interested in the school, since the field is so saturated these days.
^ Can anyone tell me if this is true, because I heard it was extremely hard to get into.
@Rohaa99 Dr. Joseph Barone, the Dean of EMSOP, maintained that the admissions process was the same this year as past years when asked about this at an EMSOP info session. According to Barone, the school admits around 800 students every year. Out of those 800, approximately 200 accept admission to the school.
