I can log in on my iPhone but not my iPad. I get an error message in a red stripe that says “there was an error fetching the connection data”. I have rebooted my iPad. No luck. Next will have to delete and reinstall the app.
I can get to the main page clicking on the college confidential logo in the upper left, but cannot get to the forum
So I deleted it and now I can’t find the App Store. What’s up with this?
Same here on laptop. Can get in and read posts, despite the error message, but only by clicking on the ‘latest posts’ link on left. Cannot see the particular notifications available, though the top of the page shows the notification number.
Additionally, some ‘like’ clicks don’t register this morning.
It is almost as if I am ghosted in, but not really logged in. Weird.
How do I get the CC icon back on my ipad to open the cc link?
I can click on notification numbers and see all new posts to which I am alerted. Have not signed out and back in again, though.
If I’d known the app was removed from he app store I woud not have deleted it! Then again, it wasnt working. I cant get in through safari. Only google. I can get to the main cc page but not to the forums. Thats where I get the error message. My screenname comes up but I cant get to the posts.
Thanks for reporting, guys! I’ve also experienced the same issue on Chrome. Works fine on Safari. I’ve alerted the tech team and they’re currently looking into the issue. I’ll keep you updated!
Wish i hadn’t deleted the app :(. When will there be a new, updated one?
Mine was working fine on chrome, but I rebooted my computer and now the problem has occurred on chrome as well. Please fix this.
I was getting the same message as the others for about an hour and a half. I’m logged in now…but clearly…something is not working right with this site.
Can’t do anything on mobile. Error message. Working fine on laptop.
Same problems. Was able to get to the forum on laptop by clicking the star for “bookmarked posts” but otherwise got the same error message mentioned above.

Guys, the tech team is still working on having this fixed. It currently happens randomly, across all devices, which makes it pretty difficult to replicate. I’ll keep you updated. Thanks!
And it comes and goes. Today…I’m good. Yesterday, I was out for about 1 1/2 hours in the evening.
iPhone…doesn’t work…at all.
