errors on apps and supplementary materials

ok, maybe it's insignificant, but on my app i only listed the ap courses for which i had taken a test already, would sending a letter along with supplementary essays noting the ap's i'm likely to take this year just be added to my file? or would someone actually change it on my app... i assume the first one is more likely

and would a call to admissions be viewed as interest or a pesterance, i know some schools say it helps and some say it hurts, just wondering

MIT seems to encourage calls and similar correspondance. Just don't get carried away to the point that you write them every day, describing every minute detail of your life. Keep things to the point.

I would really be more inclined to either wait for Ben to answer this question here, or perhaps leave a comment on Matt's blog, since this is a relatively easy question to answer in online format.

If you do decide to call, my advice would be to call yourself. Don't have a parent do it. ;)

i was planning on calling myself ;) and i did leave this question on matt's blog... just seeing if i could get different opinions :)

Awesome. Well, I guess I'm completely useless then. :)

ouch... didn't mean it that way

Haha, I know. I was just kidding.

Wonder if there's a way to have them remove an optional essay we submit.

well... ask them! because you can't edit your application.

^yeah...so sad..

at least we can send in new sat scores!!!

yay!!! i got so lucky on this dec test!

what'd u get? if you don't mind me asking

I couldn't keep on paying the testings!!! They are expensive! :S
