To get a 12 or 11 or 10 do you need 2 examples or 3? People tell me two but I have a feeling I need three. What do you all think?

Also do you need to awknowledge the opposing argument in your essay? Do you need to conscede a point to your "opponent"?

Three to the former question, no to the latter. Of course it's better to have two good examples than three crappy ones. But it's even better to have three good ones.

Thanks. Any other pointers to add with regard to structure?

Really, I thought 2 really good ones work, becaue on three you only touch the surface.

I used two and got a 12.
