<p>I was wondering if there were any essay-based scholarships that would be available before college applications start (a plus if the winners are chosen before college applications are sent in - maybe mid-November would be good).</p>
<p>A lot of the essay contests that I've looked up so far are already finished and have chosen the winners, or haven't released the next topic for the new contest, etc.</p>
<p>Any help would be great!</p>
