hm, i wish i knew what went through the graders heads.

dont we all

maybe i’ll become one…

ill be the CC insider and give everyone 12’s.

ahaa.
did you guys have the acting question?
i thought it was sooo weird!

I was so glad to get the essay question I got. I came up with 3 examples faster than I ever have
That allowed me to fill up the full 2 pages.

To anyone who’s guessing about essay length, a longer essay generally means a higher score, assuming your examples weren’t fluff.

lol, when i saw the essay question, i blanked out

I’m worried because my handwriting is naturally massive. I actually ran out of room on the test with like 5 minutes left :(.

even if cb doesn’t give you a 12, i do.

who thought this test’s essay question was weird, the one about acting

I had the acting one as well. First things that came to mind was Of Mice and Men and the Crucible. I found it better than the october and november topic actually because it was easier to find specific examples. I wrote the full 2 pages this time, but last two times, I wrote about a page and half both times and recieved two 10s, which I found quite ammusing. My first essay (topic was “are good decisions made with planning or in an instant”) was poorly written and contained poor examples (i used the cape crusader ^_^) and scored a 10. Second essay i used some real lit examples, including Frankenstein and scored the same. A good friend who scored a 12 also filled up the two pages, which has also led me to the same conclusion. The lesson is, if you write small, write bigger.

international essay was okay too. i wrote 2 pages and into the column after the last line, but i left a line between each of my paragraphs. do you guys do that?

I wrote about “Pathos” and Malcolm X’s assassination. If I don’t get at least a 10 I’m gonna be sad :(

I wrote about Shakespeare’s As You Like It and my personal experience as a musician for the acting prompt

Got nearly two pages…crosses fingers
