I usually writes 5 paragraphs with 300-350 words. However I have small handwiting and I write about 10-12 words per row, as a result I get an essay of page and a half. I know that quantity is not a factor but an essay that looks longer give a better first impression. Do you think I should enlarge my handwriting , say for 6-8 words per row so I will be closer to full two pages?

No of course not. Graders are not going to grade your essay on how long it looks. It is not like you have to write like 1.75336 pages exactly or something. Just make sure it has content.

It’s been proven that all essays with over 400 words were given a 12.

… No, they don’t count each and every word. But the kids who were able to write 400 words worth of stuff had great detail.

i mean its obvious
u write more u get more
y would a person who has written 300 words get more than a person who has worked harder to write 400 or 500 words
so yeah write longer

If it doesn’t slow you down, I don’t see a reason not to write a little bigger. Filling two full pages may look better even if the number of words is the same. Even if it doesn’t, writing a bit larger might make it easier for graders to read your essay - the scans don’t exactly come out crystal clear.
