<p>Hello everyone! I want to ask advice to someone who knows a lot about college essays.</p>

<p>I decided to choose the CommonApp prompt that asks you to write a story or experience central to you.</p>

<p>I'm having trouble thinking of a good and very attractive opening paragraph. Is anyone willing to help me in this part? This is the only part I'm stucked as I can continue the rest of the essay on my own lol.</p>

<p>Well don’t try to immediately write a perfect opening and body. My advice to you would be to just write whatever comes to mind and then later start editing, re-writing and structuring it. My essay was at first just over 1000 words so don’t worry about being over the limit, you can always cut it down making it clearer and more concise :)</p>
