<p>I'm applying for a summer program, and the application requires us to write an essay. It has two questions, and I got the first one, but I just don't get the second one. The question is, what valuable qualities and experiences would you bring to the group? I don't get what they want me to say, should I write about the debate program I'm in? Or is that not what they mean? I really don't wanna mess this up, so any help would be appreciated.</p>
<p>Idk what program you’re applying to (is it debate related?), but I think they’re asking how you’d make the program more diverse. Write about your traits and/or what unique things you’ve done and how they affect the way you are today, and how that would affect what you take away from the summer program and stuff like that.
I don’t think there’s a single right answer to the question - just don’t come off as conceited or cliched.</p>
