Essay Intro

hey! i need some help
how can i introduce my essay examples?
ex: a good proof of what i'm saying is .....,..... and ...... .
how can i introduce a bad example?
guys any ideas will be appreciared :)

Hmmm… I think a better way would be to say:

The Fall of the Roman Empire ILLUSTRATES how…

The benefits of … are demonstrated in the Marshall Plan of 1948

An example of the benefits of … lies in the campaign of Alexander the Great

Introducing a bad example? Try not to use a bad example. Make up a short story by Robert Louis Stevenson, or invent a personal example from your childhood-- but make sure the example supports your thesis solidly.

Or, if you HAVE to, make up a literary work and relate it back to your thesis. There is a 0.01% chance that the readers will actually check to make sure that your imaginary work exists.

The fact that lying can sometimes produce the best results can be seen in Orson Scott Cards ‘Ender’s Game’ . . . …

While some think Samuel Clemens’ tragic bankruptcy highlighted his later work, and thus good comes out of bad, it is only in the literary . . .

To break that 11 and 12, you’ll want to be less generic. “First… Second… This obviously proves …” That’s totally fine for the SAT, but it’s not brilliant. And 11s and 12s need to be somewhat brilliant (as much as a 25 min formulaic essay can me)
