Summer essay: 261
Most meaningful activity: about 200 (still working on it)

Optional: 450</p>
<p>Alright...this means the adcoms gotta read about 3000 words! This too much? Ok this might seem crazy but will they get annoyed? everyone who read my essays found them creative and good...so would have to choose a new topic if i gotta cut down much. Any ideas on what to do?</p>

<p>Eum...I was told about the + - 10% rule that you shouldn't be exceeding...You call the risk of them possible simply deciding not to read any further.</p>

<p>well, I have already my sent my app. My essay lengths are 680, 480, 300 and 540 (optional).</p>
<p>I am sure they don't care about it that much. I asked the representative that came to our area she said try your best to be as close as possible, but don't sweat it too much.</p>

<p>mine are 475 280 280 and optional 384 I don't think it makes too much of a dfference. If ur essay is really outstanding, tts all tt matters, isnt it? of course general guidelines..</p>
