I'm working on my essays and for one of the 250 suggested length essays, I presently have 375 words. Is it ok to go over the word limit by this much, or will the application not allow this and/or will this go against me?

The system doesn’t seem to allow essays over the limit. If you try to save with an essay that’s too long, it’ll tell you it’s too long. Although you can “ignore errors and save,” I’m assuming it won’t let you submit with overly long essays.

Also: I sympathize :3 Every single one of my essays was over the limit by at least 50 words, if not 100+… (Luckily I have a tendency to ramble so I was able to find plenty to cut)

Try connecting words with underscores to reduce the number of words.

Please, no. Try being more concise to reduce the number of words.

You can’t submit if it’s over 250 or 100 words. I tried (my essays were only over by a few words.)
