Essay prompt change after first submission

With the new common application (2015-16), is an applicant allowed to change their essay prompt (their personal statement) after a submission to another institution.( Not just editing the essay but changing it completely)

I was unable to find this information anywhere on the common application. Please send any links if you may have about this information.

I don’t recall where I read it, unfortunately, but you are allowed to. If you Google “Common Application 2015 changes” or something along those lines, you can probably find something about it pretty easily.
If that doesn’t help, just take this as a friendly bump!
