<p>No, they change the prompts every year. I believe they were put out on the website around July last year, so I suspect the same will be true again.</p>

<p>It depends. If your own prompt is original, creative, clever, and "uncommon", then it would be ok. However, if you choose a prompt that is very similar to a common application question, I can't imagine that O'Neill would not look down on the application.</p>
