Essay question/help!

Hey guys! I wrote an essay for the common app about my identity, and I feel like it be used (or at least part of it) for one of the essay choices. In case you don't know what they are:
[A] Describe a setback that you have faced. How did you resolve it? How did the outcome affect you? If something similar happened in the future, how would you react?

OR

** Discuss an issue of local concern. Why is this issue important to you? How do you think it should be addressed?

OR

[C] Tell us about a book you have read that you found especially challenging, stimulating, or provocative. Explain why it made an impact on you.

I was thinking it could go along w/B the most. Although I would have to tweak it and answer the second part of the question. When they say "local concern", my friend thought they meant concern of the community, but I understood it to mean something that you are concerned about. What do you guys think? Thanks!

B can be interpreted either way. The essay is so they can see beyond the scores so it would be work well with what you wrote for the common app.
