<p>As far as I know there are just two essays...one for all applicants .. and the other is school specific question..</p>

If you are applying to the college, then yes there is a why Georgetown (it is the second essay for that school), SFS doesn't (their second essay is about a global issue), MSB is about why you want to do business, I think you can include a little why Georgetown in there, I am not sure what the second essay is for NHS but I think it is something like the business one.
