<p>One of my supplementary essays is about my favorite song. Do you think it would be better if I could somehow send a recording of the song to the adcoms or do you think that'd be unnecessary? </p>

<p>If you have been singing for a while and have other recordings then I’d say go for it.</p>
<p>“unnecessary?” It’d be a waste of time. A reader is going to spend 2 minutes reading your document – and isn’t going to upload your CD just to see what mood you were in.</p>
