Essay Re-grade

Quick question: If I pay for the handgrading, my essay score can't go down right? Also, if anyone has done this, can they post whether their grade went up?

I called cb today. they have two types of handgrading.. one for the mc, one for essay score. essay score can go down as they call two new graders and they don't even see the old score... so that becomes ur new score whether it higher/lower.

confidential, what's the policy for multiple choice handgrading; how much does it cost?

$30.. more for essay...

i am seriously considering it. i got an 800 in math.. but i was shocked to see a score <650 for CR when i thought after the test i got 700+ for CR.

Is it thirty dollars "per" test? Also, can you request collegeboard to handcore over the internet, or do you have to call?

u have to call.. for the essay they said sumthing about sending a signature through mail as well.. im not sure about that though.

i got a 9 on my essay. how much will my score increase if i get an 11 on the second grading?

about 40 i'd say...what is the exact cost of an essay re-score but no M.C. handgrade? what is the cost of both hand-graded? do you have to get the complete hand-grade to get the essay re-scored? info please confidential...

Essay is a new service. They said more details will come when your score comes in the mail. I heard $40 from one guy, $45 from another, and $50 from another. Stupid collegeboard call centers know nothing about the SAT

should you go ahead and get the whole thing handgraded if it is the same cost as just the essay re-scoring? i could have sworn i got an 800 on math...
