Hey guys, I've finished a couple application essays to Exeter, Andover, Hotchkiss, St Paul's and Deerfield respectively.

I'm an international student and I worry if the cultural differences between China and America are large enough that something I may take as given needs to be implicitly stated for the benefit of my American audience.

Long story short, I'd like some people to look over them and give some constructive criticism. The harsher the better. :P

I'd prefer students already accepted at these schools, but anybody's help would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend that you should tell someone that you know really well to have a look of your essay. If you send it to a stranger, there’s a high risk that he/she will plagiarise your essays.

I know it is probably too late for me to offer to read your essays, but if you still need someone to, I would be glad to help.

Although I am not a boarding school student, I am not applying to any of the schools that you are, and therefore I will assure you that it would not be to my advantage in any way to “plagiarize” your essays.
