I am applying to Berkeley and Davis. From what I’ve seen, essay topics are the same between all UC’s. If this is true (and please let me know if there’s something specific about essay topics when applying to more than one UC, like if they’re different er anything like that), can I use the same essay topics for applying to both? Assuming if I mention the college name that I will change it, obviously.
All UC’s use the same two essay prompts for Freshman. Once written, you upload your essays to the UC application and send it to all your UC choices.
Describe your “world”, your life, your upbringing, etc., and how all of these influences have affected you, your goals, and your dreams.
Describe something special about you—a talent, ability, accomplishment, experience, etc.
