-I wrote about my community service involvement</p>
<p>Describe and experience or idea you find intellectually exciting.
-I wrote about alternate history and my take on it</p>
<p>I chose the picture essay and chose a picture of a businessman speaking to a crowd of people.
-I tied this to my passion to own a business. i talk about my childhood and how i used to sell things, how i own my own licensed business, and how i have ben involved in clubs to strengthen my skills</p>

<p>Question: I wrote essay 2 about my experience starting and writing for an online newspapaer. I talked briefly about some of the things I'd researched and how I'd interested them, but the general focus was on sharing "intellectual ideas" with others in our articles. Everyone else seemed to focus on a specific subject. Do you think that will hurt me?</p>
<p>i think your topics are fine...even though i'm sure community service is a pretty common one it depends on what you have done and how well you portray yourself...good luck!</p>
<p>well since everyone knows that comm service is common, no one will write about it anymore, and so if you write about it now, it wont be so common anymore ;-)</p>

<p>the way you describt this, it sounds boring -- the curb-painting is interesting though, so be sure to make it vivd and engaging :)</p>
