<p>Hey, I was wondering if anyone knew when JHU is releasing their supplement with the essay topic. I really want to get a head start on it during the summer but I haven't seen any updates. Anyone know something I don't???</p>
<p>If you want a head start, then work on common app. </p>
<p>The supplement essays are often generic… like “why do you want to go here” or “why this major” or something like that. Typically, your essay incorporates both these aspects.</p>
<p>The application materials for Fall 2010 admission to Johns Hopkins University are not currently available. We plan to release our application supplements at the end of August. At that same time our essay questions will be released. </p>
<p>We do not release our supplements to the Universal College Application and Common Application until the end of August because we do not want to receive applications until after September 1st.</p>
