Essay with Intro, 2 body, no conclusion.

Yep. I bombed the essay section.

I had too many examples in my mind that I kept on writing too much and spent too much time organizing my thoughts..

I got 1 and 1/2 pages filled and couldnt write the conclusion..

Is this gonna get me a really bad grade ?? I think i did well on the m/c , getting 2~3 wrong, but the essay.. OMG. panic mode.

I think if the essay is 12 material up to the conclusion you will get about an 8 give or take 1 or 2. The conclusion really is the least important part. If you get an 8 essay and 2-3 wrong it will likely be a 700-750.

I’ve seen many 12s without conclusions, but to get 10+ without a conclusion, you MUST fill both pages.

Back when I took the SAT (November 2011), I missed 2 on the multiple choice and my essay consisted of an intro paragraph + 2 body paragraphs that took up about 1 and 3/4 pages. I got 11 on the essay and a perfect 800 overall. Moral of the story: Try to relax–not all is lost and you probably did just fine.

I wrote a mini-intro with 2 sentences, 2 great body paragraphs, and a one sentence conclusion, which only filled up about 1 and 2/3 pages total. Do I still have a shot at a 10?
