<p>I tried uploading a supplemental essay for Brown but it won't upload. Every time I try the screen says 'Invalid access.' I checked the help website and my file meets all the requirements. Any ideas on how I can fix this?</p>

<p>Yes, it’s microsoft word. I’ve tried both .doc and .docx formats, but neither work. Yes, today is the deadline, which would have been fine had this not happened. I successfully uploaded another essay today, which is why I’m confused.</p>

<p>Perhaps you should remove Brown from Version One of your common app and add it to “Original.” That MIGHT work.</p>
