<p>I came up with a unique and witty essay idea, but it's not a person, place, or event. So, what would you guys do? Later in that same first prompt, they say something about writing about something others don't notice. Ah....</p>

I can't think of anything that can't somehow be related to a person, place, or event so I can't really help you out... any hint of what it's about? I realize you prob. don't want to post a unique essay idea. I would say make sure it relates to one of the prompts in some way or another. And the first prompt is very open ended so I can't imagine that it would be that hard....</p>
<p>Thanks, I finally figured out what I'm going to do. I'm going to put a sentence or two in about the person that invented it, and then go on to say how it has impacted me.</p>
