Can someone please post the link to the required essays page for NYU admissions.
I know it sounds crazy but I can't find it.

[NYU > Undergraduate Admissions > Applying for Admission > Freshman Applicants > General Requirements](<a href=“How to Apply”>How to Apply)

not sure what you meant but if you want to see the essay questions, you must fill out an admissions application, which contains it. (suggested topics are given but you are free to write your own topic unless you’re a transfer student)

but we saw it on the website for months. It had several topics. All of a sudden it is gone.
So, you are saying Dd needs to begin her application to see them again?

lindab - per their website NYU no longer accepts/posts an actual paper application (you can print out the Common Application and send it in if you so desire).

I am not sure that I really know what you are looking for, but you can actually only “see” the required essay topics this year, once you are logged into the application. I don’t know if your D is class of 2013, and applying this fall using NYU’s application through Embark:

https://apply.embark.com/Ugrad/NYU/80/

or if she is using the Common Application:

https://www.commonapp.org/CommonApp/default.aspx

Either way she will need to log in to actually get to the application and then she should simply follow the corresponding instructions. She can actually work on the essays separately (which is what my D did last year) and then upload them in the different locations (just follow the instructions). There are also some short answer essay questions that your D will need to fill out on line and that have a 500 character maximum. She can always copy down the topics and write drafts in Word, so that she can fine tune her answers, before completing the applications and “hitting the send button”.

Hope this helps.
