ethernet or wifi in dorms?

<p>do they have ethernet in the dorms, or is it only wifi?</p>

<p>Last year in Donlon, it was only ethernet in the rooms but there was wireless on the first floor/ study area. I remember they said they were going to make it wireless for the entire dorm starting in the fall of 2009. Not sure if other dorms are doing the same thing or not</p>

<p>it used to be that wifi was sooo valuable b/c it didnt count for your 10gb up/down limit but now it does…</p>

<p>so if they’re charging me for GB usage…i might as well get the fastest speed (ethernet)</p>

<p>I plan to have a wireless router in my room so even if there is no wireless in Balch, I will have wireless.</p>
