Soooo...anyone else panicking?

Not at all. Just a lot of breadth–not even remotely as in-depth as US history, so covering every major broad concept is sufficient.

Yes. 10char

Ahhhh. I’m just really nervous for the FRQs. ><

im most nervous for the FRQs too.

you guys’ll be alright. really. not as bad as you think it’ll be… last year i fell asleep on the multiple-choice. i woke up about 10 minutes before it ended, just skimming through and answering those that i’m sure about. xD
free response, especially if you do a lot of DBQs will be fine. it’s really straightforward, no sweat.
i got a 3… don’t think you’ll do worse than that. just get a good night’s sleep!!!
and the day before, like in the afternoon, i recommend a good exercise.

i keep getting 40s on the multiple choice…im screwed

I find Euro harder than US, but my Euro teacher wasn’t nearly as in depth.

Question: Is it extremely important to know the philosophers/renaissance writers?

Any speculations on what topics the FRQ might be on?

@Softiful, It’s probably not extremely important to know philosophers but you should really know the important ones, like Machiavelli, Voltaire, Rousseau, Montesquieu and Nietzsche. There might be a few questions on the multiple choice on philosophers and renaissance authors and what they thought, and there may by an FRQ comparing or contrasting their views but probably nothing too big. For example their was an FRQ from a past AP test: “Compare and contrast the views of Hobbes, Locke, and Rousseau on the nature of man and the best possible form of government.”

That FRQ seems doable. I’m worried about topics concerning women rights and movements.

I have a feeling there will be atleast one question about Russia

Women and Russia are the hardest. Can anyone tell me about social trends with women? How they evolved socially, politically, economically?

Russia I feel decent with.

i’ve heard there is a strong chance ofthe FRQ this year focusing on 19th century and comparing revolutions of 1848 with i think 1946 or something around that time

There better be at least one question about Russia! That’s the only country I **** know. XD Soviet Union and Peter the Great more precisely; I don’t remember too much about Catherine. I’m REALLY bad at telling all of the trade/labour unionism stuff apart, though. And the Paris Commune, which changes its affiliation/purpose every decade, I swear! @_@ I’m most worried for the MC and FRQs; I can pretty much fake my way through a DBQ and receive a…passable… score. >.< I really want a five, but I haven’t spent nearly as much time studying for this as calc (which I epic failed anyway).

OMG what was the Paris Commune?!

Wait, wasn’t there only two Paris Communes? From what I remember, there was one during the French Revolution and a second during the early 1870s (not sure on the exact date). Basically the Paris Commune was a government that ruled Paris for a time, first during the Revolution after the Storming of the Bastille and the second one, from what I remember, was split between anarchists and socialists. Correct me if I am wrong.

I really hope there is a question on the Reformation, World Wars, or English Civil War. Only 20 hours left… D:

haha im so dead. starting cramming…NOW

Just started studying tonight. DOOM IS ON THE HORIZON. I think I can manage the multiple choice, but the essays? I’m screwed. Expecting a 3, if I get a 4 I’ll be ridiculously happy. :|

According to my textbook, the 2nd Paris Commune happened right after France was overtaken by Prussia and was a revival of the French Revolution’s Jacobinism. You’re probably right about the anarchists vs. socialists, but I thought it was just pro-Bourbon and pro-Orleanist against each other, then all the democratic-ish minority? I really don’t know; just fishing through my textbook.

As for the panic?

I AM GOING TO FAIL!!! BAAAH.
Seriously!!!

D:

whats the raw score to get a 4 on multiple choice??
