<p>But seriously, it’s probably because Americans and Western Europeans are mostly a mix of races. The US has immigrants from a bunch of nations, especially from Western Europe, and the features end up mixing together. Eastern European countries are mostly made of pure Eastern Europeans, with little integration and mixing between other races and nations. Note: I’m not completely sure if this answer is completely solid, but I think it’s a good enough explanation.</p>

<p>Because they are of a different ethnicity, culture and language. And most Eastern Euros have a mix of Central Asian tribes like the Huns. There known as Slavic people and don’t share the same genes as Western Europeans. </p>
<p>The Greeks are Eastern European but share more in common with the Western Europeans. </p>
<p>And most White Americans are mostly German and Irish, ethnically Central and Northern European. A small amount White Americans are a mix of many races (N. American and African), and various European peoples.</p>
